This is the web site I built for Clos LaChance Winery in nearby San Martin. Their facility and vineyards are adjacent to CordeValle golf course, so they had lots of gorgeous pictures they wanted to showcase.

LaunchPad Healthcare Logo

While building a web site for LaunchPad, I realized they didn’t have a logo. Their name and value proposition of accelerating the launch of new healthcare products drove the need for a logo that conveyed the notion of action, and power, and getting things off the ground quickly. I didn’t want to be too overt with a rocketship, but thought a stylized version of a rocket’s thrust pushing it away from the launchpad conveyed the power we were looking for.

MommyJuice Wines is a fun brand/label developed by Clos LaChance to be a great gift for the urban housewife who appreciates and deserves a glass of wine at the end of a long day. Given the humor and appeal of their brand, it’s a natural for social media, as evidenced by their 7,000+ fans. I designed a Facebook page that ties into the look of their label and web site. As the volunteer Online Chair for the 2011 Cambrian Relay For Life, I created and ran a Facebook page for the event. In just 3 months we racked up over 400 fans and it became a great way to communicate with participants and let them share their stories and pictures.
